Good points Karen!

As I remember it, m$ paid $200M for "full UNIX" licensing.  What a joke!
(Sounds like some sort of monopoly violation).  Did Sun do something as
direct and egregious?

IBM is not all that litigious other than that they defend vigorously.
However, the nice part of this is the dark side deliberately threatened
third parties (customers).  That's reason enough for Big Blue to go after
them.  Let's hope they pursue it.
