Please: stop.  I've only been around a few years, but I've noticed the 
rapid decline of this list over the past couple years as well. If you 
have a problem with someone, give them a call and talk it out over 
coffee.  (Oh, I'm sorry, is it too hard to insult someone to their 
face?)  Nothing is going to be solved here, and no one is going to 
"convert" anyone to their point of view.

Get over yourselves.  It's a picnic, for crying out loud.

P.S.  Rafael, please don't feel like I'm picking on you, specifically; 
certain other people bear the brunt of my frustration with this list.
