[svlug] Picnic volunteers

That might be because of the really stupid move of kicking all the Bay
Area Linux groups out of the administration of said picnic, I'm guessing.

Which reminds me:  Michael Cheselka told me, at the end of last week's
SVLUG meeting, that Ian told him the reason Sbay kicked out all the
Linux groups because they hadn't done enough work.

Now, I can respect Ian saying that:  It was honest.  Unlike all this
other stuff we've been hearing that contradicts it.
