[svlug] Web Design Class- Look/Feel Initial Prototype

Hi.

Maybe off topic, but... I'm looking for a class/tutor/guru in the bay area
for intense knowledge transfer for creating a website. I have a site in
mind, but I'm looking to be able to create a prototype of the initial
look/feel of the site. I'm looking to be able to create a prototype app that
allows us to be able to 'kick' the tires so to speak.

Any thoughts as to where I might go/turn to? Any colleges, people, etc...
I'm looking for something reasonably priced!!!
