First of all, thank you for that. And thank you for all of your good
work.

It's my understanding that we are still going ahead with the plan to
migrate SVLUG's Internet presence to Linode.com virtual-server space
comp'd to us by Linode's owner (3072 MB disk space, 80MB RAM, 50GB/month
transfer limit). To recap, Micah Dowty negotiated that gift to SVLUG
after much discussion, and it is a perfectly fine plan.

I received the access tokens to that virtual host just two days ago, and
hadn't had time and energy to do more than just peek at it, yet.

Absent some decision by SVLUG officers to the contrary, that _is_ our
long-term solution, and is my primary task, as of Tuesday just past.
It is planned to be a full replacement for the current host, and
re-implement the non-Mailman portion of the Web pages in a wiki
(MoinMoin, using a prototype that Heather and I worked hard and
created), that should open up participation in the Web pages by lowering
the bar to participation. (No more ssh, rcs, and text editor approach
required.)

If you feel like donating either one or two drives to the existing host,
for certain you can get them back when/if we move to Linode.

Yes, and thank you for yours.
