Hey Rick & all,

This is installed at rackspace.com, where the 
client has their server, so licensing should not 
be an issue.

Also, the client opened up a service ticket at 
rackspace, who then responded saying it was a 
permissions issue on their end and they tool care 
of it, and all seems okay.

But, don't change that channel yet, folks! Ol' 
Skip has another dilemma you'll be seeing in our 
upcoming episode, "Zounds! Holy Code Signing 
Certificates!"
