To be a little less cryptic:  Shortly after Google bought out Urchin, 
it ceased to sell new licences -- even to existing Urchin customers.
Since Urchin is proprietary software and tied to the customer's IP 
address, if your customer ever needs to migrate the server to a new IP,
he/she will be screwed.  Caveat user.
