[svlug] svlug election stuff - next community directions

In addition to Alvin's ideas, if someone is interested in being on an
SVLUG board of directors it would be good to hear from you. I
understand that a board once existed. It would be good if such a group
existed to help set direction for SVLUG. It seems that the closest
we've had to a board of directors recently was the "volunteers dinner"
that took place a few time in the last year or so and those were good
meetings.
