Spring cleaning hit our household a few months late.
I'll be bringing some things to give away at SVLUG tonight, as well
as a few things to sell, if that's alright.

Free to first pickers:

* "Mind Rover," a 3D robot simulator game by CogniToy, ported to Linux by
Loki Software (remember them?) It's pretty ancient (2001), so I have no
idea if anything needs to be done to get it running on modern Linux boxes.

* "Ubuntu Hacks," a new O'Reilly book.

* "How to Keep Your Boss from Sinking Your Project," an O'Reilly book on CDROM.

* Big Bag of IBM Thinkpad T20 parts. (Many working bits, possibly useful
for chop-shopping.) Cannibalized to make my wife's T20 work nicely again.

* 3Com 56K cellular modem PCMCIA card. ("With XJACK Connector", whatever
the hell that is ;^) )

For sale:

* One 128MB and two 256MB PC100 RAM from the various Thinkpad T20s.
  $25 for all three chips.

* 3Com Palm III PDA/organizer, with serial cradle, a couple of spare
styluses, various screen protectors and cleaners, and a hard case/holder
that goes in a binder. Also, a vinyl 6-ring mini binder case that holds
all of it except the serial cradle. $20 sounds reasonable, no? ;^)

Finally, unless I hear back soon, I'll probably give my Timex Sinclair 1000
computer (yes, the one from the 1980s with 2Kilobytes of RAM!) and my
Agenda VR3 Linux-based PDA (with a busted case) away to whoever wants it.

Maybe at the next meeting...

Thx, cya tonight!
