I also suggested to Ms. Chaikin, while apologising and stressing that
my suggestion is not a complaint, that in the future she not bury her
special-handling requests in a paragraph in the middle of what is (in
effect) her press release, but instead put them _prominently on top_.

I have to handle a lot of mail, and steal time for it at that.  I really
don't have time to read every last word of every last press release,
looking for requests that we make exceptions to normal procedure.
