Your recollection is defective.  Work started in March 2006.

You are in error, sir:  Neither our current site nor the MoinMoin
prototype replacement is inactive.

The effort was hindered briefly by a certain guy you shave retroactively
"taking back" gifts of key hardware to SVLUG supposedly made months
before, with accompanying time-wasting soap opera, but we quickly found
reasonable replacements, and have moved past that and other annoyances.
