there's nothing to retract because:

a) svlug.org is still controlled by an officer of svlug
whether president or vice president is irrelevant
but it is a major conflict of interest

you will note, too, heather is NOT the one insisiting
to remain in control of the registrant info and contact

funny part is, it is you rick, among others, that insisted
that sbay be removed from registrant info of svlug.org

but than again, since it's not ian ( former pres of sbay )
in control of svlug.org than it's presumably now okay with you

it's odd how things change :-0

b) when svlug voted for svlug.org to be under svlug's community
property.... it's odd that nobody implemented it and paul
did try to change it, and i wonder who stopped reed from
   making the changes ...

c) nobody else is arguing the point, other than you, rick, to
keep the current owner of the domain as is ...

and off hand, "you" do not have any authority to keep the
   svlug.org domain under sbay's officer's address including
   registrant email addy

i won't worry about paul, the presidents understanding of
the various contacts in any domain, as he was in my office
not so long ago ( a couple months ) trying to figure out
the differences of the various contact info

and presumably, he probably doesn't want to argue with you either

in either case ... i doubt people would want to argue with ya
for fear of whatever it is you'd be flaming them about :-)

entertaining in either case ..

c ya
alvin
- for everybody else ... i currently maintain over 700 domains names
for customers ... on most all of the continents .. fun stuff ...
	- it's just a 5-15 minute problem to resolve ..
