Fry's sells racks and screws and nuts. Calling will not yield reliable
discussions. You would have better luck taking a sample nut (and other
relevant parts) to Fry's and searching through their bins for your
goods.
Graybar (http://www.graybar.com/) is another retailer of racks and parts
with a San Jose office.

Central Computer in San Jose might have what you need also.
