What happened was I was going for the option of "USB-CDROM" and what I
was failing to see was when I had the pendrive "in" the USB slot,
another option would become available in the boot sequence menu named:
"Removeable" and it was only when I happened to look and see what was
inside that option did I discover my USB Pendrive there waiting by name.
So, the BIOS did in fact see it from the very beginning as a bootable
device, I was just looking to boot it as a "USB-CDROM" ...
Yet another learning experience in the world of Unix...
