It seems you would be setting yourself up for a potentially massive false
positive rate.

Before you decided to take this step, I would consider marking all the mail
with SPF pass or fail headers to get an idea of what you would be loosing.

A better approach might be using gray listing, along with RBLs and SPF.

The first step will give you some data to go on.
