(I'll note in passing that one need not be an attorney before addressing
legal issues, in the general case. For further details, you'll have to
await my _Linux Gazette_ article, which will start by discussing UPL

I did not say check their Web pages. I said check who recently got
elected. (Naturally, you cannot be bothered.)
(I'm going by news relayed to me from a telephone conversation. It's
possible the person telephoned misheard the office to which she was just
elected -- but you're attempting character assasintation in any event.
