drew, nothing you missed ...
i just think that sbay officer in charge of svlug.org is a
serious conflict of interest when sbay losts its batter to
retain its ownwership of svlug.org which was previously
held by the president of sbay
there is nothign wrong with the "people" however, the problem
is a serious conflict of interest ... ( legally it's a problem )
and rick since you're not an attorney, please refrain from
more flames about legal issues .. there are plantiff/defendants
for all cases ... you're on the other side.. no problem
> Check the "whois" for svlug.{org|net}, note who's their custodian,

again as you always like to flame anybody and everybody ...
heather is NOT listed as president ...
unless they have not bothered to update their webpages
which is not surprizing .. since some idiot ( me ) is also
still listed for a group that has since morphed into
bigger/better things
================================================================
and worst still ... if heather is president of svlug,
than there is no difference when ian was the president
of sbay and also the maintainter of svlug.org domains
vs now heather being president of sbay and still doing
what ian used to do for svlug from "sbay"
however, ian seems to me, to have been doing a lot more "work"
for svlug too ...
but i guess ... you guys don't see any serious conflict of interest here
===
=== it's hilariously entertaining ... "blind" eye for
=== things that alignes with your agenda vs what svlug community wanted
===
================================================================
as for retracting my statment that sbay officers has no business
being the "authorizing agent" for svlug ... i won't tretract
any statment that is true as can be verified by looking
at where registrant emails goes for svlug.org vs the list
of sbvay offices that was fighting to keep svlug.org under
their umbrella
--- most people in svlug probably has domains they own ..
so i'm sure you know about who owns the domains and what
needs to happen when registrant info changes or any other
critical changes
--- conflict of interests is the problem ... as well as
"control/ownership" of the domains ...
--- as far as paul's okay ( being "brainwashied" ) of domains registrations,
you didn't have a clue about domain registrations when
we ( you and me ) were trying to do other domain related
problems ...
it's also hilarious how people that recieve cash turns
into "gullible crazies" after being helped so that you
can incorrectly attempt to attack my helping hand...
--- as far as pologies .. rick/paul is NOT getting any because
you boys were told to stay away ( out of my office on tue, Nov 28 )
since i was bz .. . but you both claim not to have been here
on tue ... after being told not to show up by numerous emails
and thus start this dumb flame war to attempt to cover
your asses
entertaining ..
