[svlug] able to ping using IP but not able using hostname

Hi Eric and Rick,

I will send you the /etc/resolv.conf files on both my
Fedora Code 2 linux box and Slackware 8.1 box.

Also I will send you the status/contents of the dhcp
client files on these boxes.
