I work 100% from home. It's great. I would not want to be my boss
however. If I were a manager of a group of people or running my own
company I wouldn't encourage working from home and I wouldn't
specifically hire work at home employees.
Outsourcing is a completely different beast and there is usually remote
work involved. That's typically understood when you approach an
outsourcing company looking for services.
Since you can't work on weekdays maybe you want to offer outsourcing
services and not hourly employee work. I believe (and have no first hand
knowledge since I dont' use them) outsourcing companies charge companies
by scope of work not an hourly basis. (I could be wrong though).
