[svlug] Telecommuting?

Why don't we see as many telecommuting sysadmin jobs anymore?
Pros:
-Severe saving in money
-Less real estate required

Cons:
-You don't see your sysadmin

Due to my schedule I cannot work on weekdays, but -- being that I could
probably replace a physical sysadmin for half the money. Why don't
businesses outsource it? I do not understand, could someone please inform me
of what lacks from the syadminning ghost inside the computer.
