[svlug] missing tiff.h & tiffio.h -- Fixed

Hey all,

With your help I got this fixed. I did end up
going back to the currently installed older 5.x
version for the reasons I explained, if belatedly,
and found the proper libtiff-devel package through
rpmfind.net.

First I installed libtiff-devel and checked for
the presence if tiff.h and tiffio.h, which were
the files that had been missing, and then the
build went smoothly and now the application works
as it should.

Thanks a bunch for your help. At least one client
in the world is much happier tonight because of it.

Skip
