Coolness!  Typically, the picnic is frankly just getting going around
noon, anyway.  You know, night owl-types.

As you probably saw, wireless Internet access is now confirmed, so that
should help.  I expect to see lots of laptops.

There's often a formal keysigning, so UbuCon attendees might want to be
at the picnic just for the opportunity to build that web of trust just a
bit more.  And please advise them to remember to RSVP.    There probably
won't be a problem with picnic site capacity, this year, but having RSVP
figures helps the planners, including knowing how many veggie burgers to
buy, how many hot dogs, etc.
