[svlug] The UbuCon is Nigh

I was actually thinking of cutting off at noon so people can make
both. Honestly, there can be talks in the morning and still have
plenty of time to make it to the picnic.

I just wanted to pick the two days after LinuxWorld. I've been a
member of the picnic mailing list for a few months now, and it only
hit me this past week that they shared a day. Those that know me well
would not be surprised by this :@)

In any case, it is a problem, so I'll come up with a solution that
doesn't involve stepping on another event.
