Well here is part of a very old .pinerc I had (I do recommend you just
try mutt instead). The key is 'allow-changing-from' in the feature list
and also customized-hdrs=From: you at yourdoain.com
customized-hdrs=From: you at yourdoain.com
empty-header-message="You better address this, or it won't get anywhere!"
