[svlug] telnet now works to rh72 machine

Thank you everyone for your excellent suggestions.  I was finally able
to telnet to my rh72 machine.

I was able to figure this out because of all of your excellent 
suggestions.  Thank you!

Now what I think I did was to install the telnet server, edit a file and 
reboot. I delete "disable=yes" in the /etc/xinetd.d/telnet file and then 
after rebooting telnet worked.  I would like to know to restart a 
service without rebooting in rh72?
