[svlug] kill all print jobs

Hello,

I am running rh72.

How do I kill all print jobs?

kill and the prossess id does not seem to work.
kill -1 does not seem to work.
Rebooting does not seem to work.
Unplugging and replugging the printer in does not seem to stop it from 
printing.

When I use the print job administrator that can not remove the job from 
the queue either.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
