[svlug] Bay Area Debian meeting Jan 9 (maybe in Si Valley)

I mentioned Bay Area Debian (BAD) at last night's SVLUG meeting.  :)
BAD is for people interested in any aspect of Debian - users or packagers.

BAD meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. There will be a BAD meeting on Jan 9. 

The location is not yet determined.  

The meeting location has in the recent past been rotating
through various locations in the Bay area.  
After having attended the meetings for the past several months,
and arranging for the meeting held in conjunction with ALS,
I think it would be best for the Debian community to have the meetings in 
Si Valley  - more attendees at each meeting, leading to more interaction.

There was a substantial interest expressed in BAD at SVLUG. :)

If you _personally_ would be interested in attending the Debian meetings in 
Silicon Valley, you can reply to that message and let the list members know
you like that idea, and perhaps increase the likelyhood
that the meetings will be held there.
