It may just be my new mail reader (Evolution), but:

!!! NICE JOB formatting this month's Meeting Announcement !!!

On a side note, I've always wondered why a few well informed types don't
start a conversation, on list - say a week in advance, about issues that
might be raised and/or answered by the speaker(s) or their topic. The
resulting conversations and the interest raised would surely increase
attendance, enhance the status of SVLUG meetings, and provide a
nourishing data feed to our list [esp. in these post R.M. days :-/ ].

I propose we establish a new coordinator of Home Land SVLUG Pre-Meeting
Topic/Speaker Discussion and Education. I'm especially convinced the
"Home Land" part of the new title will establish the necessary soft and
cuddly feelings such an endeavor requires for success!

...or, perhaps my mail reader has lulled me in to abstract happiness and
the great new format is an illusion (I hate when that happens!). In that
case, ignore my side note and pretend I didn't post this message :-)
