[svlug] Northpoint collapse -- possible immediate outage

Hi Rick, That this is a problem no one can deny. But during the 3 weeks it
takes to get a new DSL server as they are called here, borrow a modem from
a friend and get a trial 1 month subscription an ISP near by. It still
works, although very slowly.
