[svlug] /etc/hosts.deny tcpd problems

hi ya galen...

verify that proftpd is called out in /etc/inetd.conf or
/etc/xinetd.d/ ( if you using xinetd )
	`- probably replace references to wu-ftpd, in.ftpd with proftpd

- you probably want to turn off disable too in that u-ftpd file

verify that /etc/hosts.allow ( its read first ) does NOT deny it
