For this month's Nifty, We'll be "Changing the Guard."

November of this year will bring to a close my (and, by implication,
Micah's) 2-year term of office.

Given that there is only one ticket to vote for (Paul Reiber for President,
Mark Weisler for VP), we will follow the procedure Ian Kluft employed in
this exact situation in the 2004 election, which was to hold an in-person
voice/confirmation vote.
