Duration: 6-9 months
Location: San Jose, CA

Job Description:	As a Software Tool Engineer you will be involved in
modification of client's development tools and software infrastructure.

Must-have skills:
* Linux (in large distributed environments)
* gmake, gcc, (creating makefiles)
* perl scripting skills, and
* CVS (Experience setting up source code control for large software
development projects desirable)

Good-to-have skills
. Experience supporting open source and third party software development
. Database experience specifically MySQL and PostgresSQL.
. Experience administering cvs and creating wrappers and hooks to enhance
cvs source control capabilities.
. Knowledge of Unix-based systems, scripting, and some systems
administration.
. Good interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to
support a growing, internal customer base.
. The ability to work independently as well as part of a cross functional
team committed to delivering world class IP infrastructure products.
. Comfortable working in a distributed team in a fast paced, dynamic
environment.
