Jobs -- Linux and Linux-related job postings, fulltime and contract

About Jobs
English (USA)

This list is for announcement of job positions requiring either Unix or Linux skills or abilities, be it system administration, QA, software development, network engineering, or whatever.

Note: You don't need to be subscribed to post. The list has been moderated to avoid spam, but any post complying with our simple rules will be authorized.

The posting rules are:

  • Posted jobs must be Unix- or Linux-centric (AIX, HP-UX, IRIX, Solaris, etc. all OK). Having Linux or Unix as a nice-to-have is not enough.

  • Full-time positions must be within a 75-mile radius of San Jose. No exceptions. Please state the city. (Contract positions may be anywhere.)

  • No resumes, no job-wanted postings, no discussions of postings or jobs, just announcements of available positions.

  • Do not post the same job more than once a week.

All postings will be reviewed by the listadmins before posting. In certain cases, this may cause some delay.
