Hello,

We are following up once more regarding the legacy subnet of IPv4 addresses that must be retired. The deadline for removal of August 1st is approaching.

As a reminder, you can utilize one of the following methods to activate the new address(es) if you have not already done so:

- Enable [Network Helper](https://www.linode.com/docs/guides/network-helper/#single-per-linode) and reboot the Linode. 
- Manually update your Linode's Networking Configuration.  More information on this method is available in our guide on [static IP configuration](https://www.linode.com/docs/guides/linux-static-ip-configuration/). 

Once again, any DNS, RDNS, or internal application configurations that reference the old address will also need to be updated to reflect your new address. Once you have successfully activated the new IP address(es),we can remove the old address(es) for you if you respond to this ticket with confirmation you are ready for us to do so, or you may also [remove the old IP address(es)](https://www.linode.com/docs/products/tools/cloud-manager/guides/cloud-delete-ip/) yourself, in Cloud Manager. 

Please note that if you do not update your IP by August 1st, 2022, we will need to shut down the Linode in order to commit the change.
