Michael, I am pretty sure there aren't any LUGs near to Modesto, sadly.
If you join the mailing lists for SacLUG in Sacramento and / or LUGOD in
Davis, and post there about your situation, perhaps someone there will
have ideas about how you might best get local assistance.
