I registered, then have been diverted for several days. I  registered as
cmhowe at patriot.net; gave my name, Charles M Howe; my USPS address, 8341
Barrett Dr, Apt 225, Manassas, VA 20109: and my phone number, 571-359-6593
(I think I requested that first contact be made by email; I am old, almost
89, and very much mobility impaired). The two most infuriating aspects of
my problems are that I can't print and can't use Thunderbird. Instead I
use SquirrelMail.

I am unable to locate a lengthy number which I need to contact a helper.

My objective is to get back to being able to use Ubuntu 12-04 LTS.
