Hi,
I backed up mail from the via.net SVLUG server...
root at bb:/media/sdc1/sdd1/SVLUG-back# du -ch | grep total
2.5G	total
root at bb:/media/sdc1/sdd1/SVLUG-back# 

I obtained 2.5 GB of data, that's consistent with my last backups of a couple 
of months ago.

I'll plan to do the backup about weekly, maybe more frequently. I'll cron it.
