[web-team] One more change for the website

I don't even know if anyone will notice this if I don't mention
it, but I'll mention it nonetheless...

The table on the first page, which, until now, was restricted to
550 pixels, now widens as much as reasonably possible for the
viewer's screen.

Frankly, I personally hated having lots of blank space to the
right of that table and having to do lots of horizontal
scrolling --- This was on my 1024 pixel wide screen --- I can't
imagine how much there was on a widescreen monitor with the
browser maximized!

So, as I said, the two column newspaper-table like table now
narrows and widens based on the user's screen (up to a point in
each direction, of course).
