We are, indeed -- and, if I might say so, you're the absolutely ideal
SVLUG person to deal with them, because you're sensible, a quick study,
and above all courteous and appreciative to people we need to treat
exactly that way, i.e., convince them that we'll not be a problem 
and are worth their generosity.

I've thanked you already for this privately (e-mail to you, Andrew, and
Lisa) -- and thanked Lisa for her masterful job of tweaking the Linode
host.  This is my effort to do the same in public.  ;->
