[web-team] Removing Reference to Google for Installfests

Hi,
Per the recent mails, I'm changing the Web pages to reflect that 
installfests...
* are not happening for a while
* when they resume they will be at a location to be determined (with no 
reference to Google)

I am leaving Google in place as a sponsor for  a while but this needs to be 
addressed, maybe fairly soon.
