I greatly doubt you messed up RCS's state deliberately.  But intent is
entirely beside the point.

Given that you left RCS in an unhealthy state, I'm surprised you punted
on cleaning up your own mess (especially as it was pretty easy), and
left the rest of us to be barraged by a large and ongoing set of
cvs-watcher warnings.  I've now shown how to fix such things in the
future.

The above should not be a difficult conversation.  

I notice you keep trying to change subjects to some sort of interpersonal
soap opera.  Sorry, no, this is just my informing the list how to fix any
similar RCS screwups, and suggesting you fix your own in the future --
like everyone else.
