I understand.  I've kind of been in the same boat.  My
organizing of that meeting at Black Angus many moons ago was an
attempt to do good.

What stopped me was the apparent unannounced change of plans
and, with no knowledge of what was being done, no idea of what I
could offer to do to HELP that I might enjoy doing (as enjoyment
is a part of my reasons to volunteer as well).

Perhaps we should re-organize a technical meeting regarding the
mailing list and website software and just sit down and get it
done, right then and right there?

P.S. To clarify for everyone, I don't blame Heather for any of
the things I said above.
