Since we were unable to get any contact information and since I
could not find any contact information on their website (there
is a phone number but when I called it, it went unanswered), I
sent the following into their "trouble ticket" system:

Hi,

I am a member of the Silicon Valley Linux Users Group web-team. 
We have just begun our task of re-vamping our website and part
of that process entails moving it onto the VM that was provided
to us by Linode (I also am individually a customer of Linode).

We have run into some issues regarding the size and capacity of
our VM and I would like to speak to someone, preferably the
individual who authorized our use of the system, about expanding
the capabilities of our system.

We are eager to move forward and are, of course, very thankful
for your support.

The system in question, BTW, is the unit at 64.62.190.98

If you could have someone contact me at <email address> or by
phone at <my work phone>, I would appreciate it.
