[web-team] 'fest page update #2 (not done yet)

  The next part of the plan is to split the what-we-do-here part from
  the preparation details (bring this/don't expect that).   I haven't
  decided whether to do it as another page split, or simply to lay out
  the obvious Do/ Don't  into a table like the main index, then leave
  the rest in its normal flow below that.

  I'm open to thoughts from the webteam on this part.
