Ideally, a short ASCII version with the link to your HTML page somewhere on
your site would be ideal. We don't send attachments to the list.

2) sending your messages to officers at svlug.org for review and forward is the
   best

Note however that we'd rather not send 2 or 3 reminders about the
conference. One post is usally enough :-)
