Actually, it's  also that  no one  has asked. Quite  frankly there  were not
enough jobs around  for recruiters to bother  contacting us anymore. Before,
we'd get people who still asked quite often, and that stopped a while ago.

So yes, we should have changed a while ago, it just didn't happen because no
one really asked.
