Dear Silicon Valley Linux User Group rep or webmaster,

I saw both your emails as contacts for the Silicon Valley Linux User Group.
I thought your members may be interested. IBM developerWorks Live! is
going to be at the Moscone Center (May 7-10) and developerWorks is offering
a special discount to San Francisco Bay Area User Groups. The discount is
$695.00 - almost 50% off the full price. This is only going to last for
about two weeks - so if anyone in your User Group is interested, have them
follow the instructions at the bottom of the page. Also please feel free
to call me at 415-545-5512.
A big focus this year will be Linux - offering LPI certification, classes,
speakers, exhibits, etc.

IBM developerWorks Live! combines IBM's three most successful conferences:
WebSphere, Lotus DevCon and Solutions. This conference will feature tons
of information on application development, content deployment, application
management, data integration/connectivity (Web services), technologies,
strategies, and product overviews. The specific focuses is on open
standards technology - Java, XML, Linux, Web services, Wireless, etc.
A few of the resources are:

40 + Hands-on training labs
375 total hours of elective sessions
IBM Professional Certification tests
Solutions Center and exhibitors
Tons of speakers

On a side note IBM does a lot of stuff with various User Groups in the
