[web-team] Bug in Mailman 2.1a4+

Dear webmaster,

I attempted to confirm a subscription request for lsec at lists.svlug.org by
responding on the web at the URL given to me.  It died and produced the
following diagnostics.  I have since confirmed by responding to e-mail
(now that I have my account configured correctly...).

Bug in Mailman version 2.1a4+
