Ok, since you're the second person to say that your requests for web pages
have been unanswered, I decided to look in our web team archives
We have 9 requests from you, ranging from 2000/06/01 to 2001/10/11
Some of these I had never seen because they were before my time as a
president (I'm not on the web team, I just monitor it now), and some that I
remember having read and personally answered.
As far as I can tell pretty much all of these requests had been taken care
of.
But you are right, you sent a mail on 2001/10/11 saying specifically:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The link to SVCS SIGs is broken on SVLUG links page.
Should we ask SVLUG to change their SIGs link,
or change our website SIGs URL link from
http://www.svcs.org/SVCSSIGs.html
to
http://www.svcs.org/sigs2.html
I vote that we change our link, so that we don't irritate SVLUG guys.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The way I read this, this looked like thinking aloud, and seemed to say that
we didn't necessarily need to change anything.
There has been no more mails or requests from you since then.
1) Send us a clear request if you need something
2) Please ask again if you don't get it the first time or if there is a
misunderstanding (which in this case I think there was)
3) feel free to escalate to officers at svlug.org if you are not getting an
answer, you should always get one.

The link has been fixed.
Please, do Email webmaster at svlug.org with a clear request next time, and ask
again if it didn't get done the first time. We're all volunteers with day
(and sometimes night) time jobs
Seems to me that we're having really poor communication here. Let's try to
do better, shall we? :-)
