Heather, you really need to be answering your Email.
The web site is chronically out of date and/or changed at the last minute,
and we haven't heard back on the couple of suggestions to give you help.

If I  have to  edit the  web site  (badly) again,  we will  need to  add new
web-team members without your feedback,  it's really ridiculous that we have
our speakers well in  advance, and the web site gets  updated the day before
the meeting...
